The GCS (Global Coffee School) Program focuses on comprehensive skill development in coffee, covering:

Barista – Working behind the bar, coffee preparation, and customer service

The CQI (Coffee Quality Institute) Program focuses on high-level coffee quality evaluation, following international standards. It is ideal for those pursuing expertise in coffee assessment or Q Grader certification

Q Arabica Combo & Q Robusta Combo – Intensive 6-day courses covering all essential topics for the Q Grader exam, including aroma analysis, cupping, defect identification, and the use of international evaluation forms
Q Arabica Calibration & Q Robusta Calibration – Designed for certified Q Graders, this course helps update knowledge and align evaluation standards with the latest industry trends and regulations

The CQI Program is taught by industry experts, with courses conducted in English ot Thai to ensure clear understanding and effective application in business or high-level coffee quality assessment
